Welcome to Youth for Purpose Africa ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, programs, and platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by Youth for Purpose Africa, a registered non-profit organization in Namibia.

5. Volunteer Program Terms

If you participate in our volunteer programs:

• Background checks may be required for certain positions
• We may terminate volunteer relationships at any time
• You retain the right to cease volunteer activities with reasonable notice

6. Partnership Agreement Terms

Partnership applications and agreements are subject to:

• Separate partnership agreements with specific terms

7. Job Application and Employment Terms

Job applications through our platform are subject to:

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
