Our History
The journey of Youth for Purpose Africa from its founding to its current impact across Namibia.
2015: The Beginning
Youth for Purpose Africa was founded in Tsumeb with a vision to address the growing youth unemployment crisis in Namibia.
2017: First Youth Economic Hub
We established our first Youth Economic Hub in Tsumeb, offering vocational training and business support to 100 young people.
2019: Regional Expansion
Expanded operations to three additional locations, establishing Youth Economic Hubs in Windhoek, Ondangwa, and Walvis Bay.
2022: Reaching Milestones
Celebrated training over 5,000 youth and supporting the launch of 200+ youth-led businesses across Namibia.

Youth Empowerment
Train and support a minimum of 10,000 youth annually through the Youth Economic Hubs in key vocational skills, entrepreneurship, and life skills.
Job Creation & Entrepreneurship
Facilitate the creation of 500 new startups and small businesses by providing incubation services and access to funding.
Partnership Development
Form strategic partnerships with local governments, NGOs, private sector companies, and educational institutions to enhance the reach and impact of the hubs.
Sports Talent Development
Identify and nurture young sports talents, providing them with career pathways and access to professional coaching and competition opportunities.
