IT Support Specialist

We need an experienced IT Support Specialist to maintain and support our technology infrastructure across multiple locations. This contract role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, and supporting staff with technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Install and configure computer systems and software
• Provide training and support to staff on technology use
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years experience in IT support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
• Professional certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
